Registration

Registration is simple. Complete the Wholesale Inquiry form on this page or email us at agents@rolandholidays.com with your agency details. Our partnerships team will review your application and reach out within one business day. Once approved, you'll receive a dedicated account manager and access to our wholesale rate sheets.

We require a copy of your travel agency license or IATA/TIDS accreditation, proof of business address, and a completed wholesale registration form. For tour operators, a company registration certificate is sufficient. Documents can be submitted digitally.

There is no minimum volume requirement to get started. However, partners who achieve higher booking volumes are eligible for tiered benefits including enhanced commission structures, priority support, and co-marketing opportunities.
Payment Terms

We accept bank wire transfers (TT), corporate credit cards, and for approved accounts, net 30-day credit terms. All transactions are processed in USD unless a local currency arrangement has been agreed with your account manager.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at booking confirmation to secure group space and rates. The balance is due 45 days prior to departure. For bookings within 60 days of departure, full payment is required upfront.

Standard terms: 90+ days — 100% refund minus deposit; 60–89 days — 50% refund; 30–59 days — 25% refund; under 30 days — no refund. Full cancellation policy is provided in writing at the time of booking.
NNC Rates

Our partnerships team will review your application and reach out within one business day. Once approved, you'll receive a dedicated account manager and access to our wholesale rate sheets.

Once registered, you'll receive rate sheets directly from your account manager via email. We also maintain a secure agent portal where all current rate sheets, availability, and product updates are published in real time. Rate sheets are updated seasonally.

Yes. For groups of 15 passengers or more, we can negotiate bespoke NNC rates directly with our suppliers. Bulk group deals often include complimentary upgrades, FOC berths, and priority visa processing.
Booking Process

Booking requests can be submitted via the agent portal, by email to your dedicated account manager, or via WhatsApp for urgent group requests. A confirmation and invoice will be issued within 24 hours for standard requests.

Visa processing times vary by destination and passport nationality. Standard processing takes 5–10 business days; express service (2–4 days) is available for an additional fee. We handle bulk visa submissions for groups of all sizes.
